Nicholas Fernandez is a Political Science and Journalism major working on a Law and Society certificate at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. When studying political science, he loves to explore indigenous politics, state politics, and ethics in government. He also enjoys photojournalism, investigative journalism, and feature writing. He is of Filipino, Pacific Island, and Spanish descent. He proudly wears his family pride on his sleeve … and forearm … and leg.
